Monthly chew for dogs that kills fleas and ticks (afoxolaner).

How to submit
Four steps, start to finish.
- Put your receipt and your offer code (format XX-XXXXX) in front of you.
- Open the Pet Rebate Center. It opens in a new tab, so this page stays where it is.
- Enter the offer code, the purchase date from the receipt, your email address, and your ZIP code.
- Upload the receipt photo or scan and submit. Your confirmation goes to the email address you entered.
Make the receipt easy to read before you upload it.
- Lay the receipt flat and get all four corners inside the frame.
- Check that the product name, the purchase date, and the clinic or store name are readable.
- For a long receipt, one straight-on photo beats several angled ones.
- Keep the original receipt until your rebate is confirmed.

Where do I find my offer code?
It is printed on the rebate materials that came with your purchase, in the XX-XXXXX format shown on the rebate form. If you cannot find it, call the hospital and our team can help you check which offer applied to your purchase.
How much is the rebate, and when will I get it?
Rebate amounts, eligibility rules, expiration dates, and payment timing are all set by Boehringer Ingelheim. They are shown in the Pet Rebate Center once you enter your offer code. We do not set, fund, or process the rebate, so the portal is the only place with current terms.
Can I submit the whole thing from my phone?
Yes. The Pet Rebate Center works on a phone, and you can photograph the receipt with the same device. The QR code on the printed rebate handout opens the same website, so if you are already on your phone you can skip the scan and use the button on this page.
What if my receipt photo is blurry or cut off?
Retake it with the receipt flat and all four corners inside the frame, then check that the product name, the purchase date, and the clinic or store name are readable before you upload. A single straight-on photo works better than several angled ones.
